CLIDE Administration

The CLIDE organisational structure incudes the General Assemby, the Advisory Team, the Board of Directors, the Team Leader, Departmental Heads and Assistants.

We have 3 offices, with the head office in Moroto, and sub-offices in Soroti District and Napak Districts.

Our Ugandan Board of Directors meet regularly to review our policies and programmes and bring advice and ideas. Our CLIDE BOD has Financial and Human Resource committees which oversee and advise on the budgets, income generation, assets, risks management, and human resource management.

CLIDE has the CLIDE Advocacy Team (CAT) that advises and advocates for our interests and needs in the USA. This team is composed of ministry leaders from our various supporting churches.

Funding for CLIDE comes primarily through Christian Adventure Ministries and One Challenge/Resound. We encourage donors to begin giving more through One Challenge/Resound, so as to give CLIDE more growing autonomy from Christian Adventure Ministry.
